You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You'll need to provide the invoice or other proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

Contact us at support@backyardcharms.com to initiate a return. Please specify the product you wish to return so we can assist you promptly. The manufacturer will determine the return procedure. We will provide the return address once the RMA process is initiated.

Shipping Your Return:

  • Include your specific RMA number on the invoice and return mailing label.
  • Send the item back within five days of receiving your RMA number.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, please take a photo of the item and its packaging and email it to support@backyardcharms.com so we can expedite a replacement with the manufacturer's cooperation.
  • We will provide the return address once the RMA is issued.

Damages and Issues:

If you receive an item in the wrong color, size, motor specification, or an entirely incorrect product, please refuse the shipment and contact us at support@backyardcharms.com. We'll assist you further.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately for any breakage, damage, or defects. If the item is damaged, take photos of the item and packaging and contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Gases, volatile liquids, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Contact us with any questions about specific items.
Discounted items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To expedite getting the correct item, return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
