Lost Items:

Damages:
Upon delivery, inspect your items for any damage. If you notice any issues, please note them when signing for delivery or refuse the shipment. If you accept delivery and later discover damage, immediately photograph the damaged packaging and products. Email the photos to support@backyardcharms.com and start your return claim on our Returns and Refunds page. Retain all original packaging materials in case of damage during installation.

Curbside Delivery: Our LTL delivery drivers can only make curbside deliveries. They won't be able to assist in moving the boxes to the desired spot on your property. Depending on the item's size, we advise having 1-2 extra persons ready to help unload the boxes and place them where needed. Due to a lack of assistance, it may be necessary to return your cargo, for which expenses may be charged.
