The Ventis HES170 is a medium-sized wood-burning stove with a cast iron door, ideal for heating spaces from 500 to 1,800 sq. ft. It features a firebox lined with refractory bricks for efficient heat distribution and an optional fresh air intake, allowing for mobile home and alcove installations. Equipped with non-catalytic combustion technology, a top heat deflector, and side shields, the HES170 can burn for up to 6 hours and accommodate 18" logs. It is also EPA 2020 approved.

The Rigid Fire screen is easy to install and easy to remove when you are ready to load more wood. The fireplace insert should not be burning with the door open without the fire screen.
